i went for my first interview in club mahindra on sep 11. i was very exicited went to interveiw pannel with my 19 friends . everybody perform there task very well . only one boy was selected , i was not selected .
i found that what was my shortcoming and i am trying to overcome on them. definitely i will implement the findings of first interview in my second interview & will be successfull.
so people should learn fro their mistakes.
